Lose 10-20lbs of fat in 6 weeks without feeling hungry, living in the gym, doing endless cardio, or destroying your relationship with food
and finally keep it off for good!
My nutritional guidance, strategies and exercise programmes are completely evidence-based and multi-phasic. What diet strategy and type of exercise you receive will be agreed together and specific to you, your goals and your life.
Like so many, I'm a 40 something, busy working parent that hasn't always been active and in shape, so not only will I get you in great shape, I promise to share everything with you along the way, so if you end up staying it's because you choose to, not because you need to.
I'm that confident that I can help you, if after 14 days you feel like we're not the right fit, I'll refund you.
Tailored exercise programming that won't require you to spend hours in the gym everyday. Clear instruction and video demonstration with every exercise.
Flexible nutrition strategies and guidance that don't leave you starving or feeling guilty. Evidence-based, no fads with supporting meal plan guidance and recipes.
Regular 1:1 Check Ins and Educational content to support and develop you. Exercise, Food, and Habit tracking gives you 24/7 direction, and accountability.
What's Included:
I've been in the fitness industry for over a decade, in roles ranging from Personal Trainer to Fitness Manager, and most recently National Lead for Nuffield Health. Prior to this, I spent years in stressful, corporate office environments, struggling with weight, energy, and not knowing what to do.
Alongside working and being a Dad, I acquired a 1st Class Degree in Exercise Rehabilitation and qualified as a Nutritionist. This, with good time management, and learning from mistakes, allows me to stay active, and in shape so I can keep up with my very hyperactive child!
When not working or being Dad, you'll find me on a Jiu Jitsu mat, either teaching or learning BJJ. I'm a Brown Belt and had a few MMA fights many moons ago. These days it's all just for fun and the social!
(Evidence of qualifications available on request)

A typical personal trainer in a gym will charge you anywhere between £30 - £100 for one hour of their time, and that doesn't usually include nutritional advice, habit coaching, feedback, support and direct contact throughout the week. Let alone planning and structuring a programme that works specifically for you outside of an hours exercise you get with the Personal Trainer.
Yes, I have complete confidence in my ability to change your life, if you put in the work. That's why I offer a no questions asked, money back guarantee in the first 14 days. If you don't like it, you don't pay a single penny.
No, absolutely not. You pay monthly and can leave at any time. I don't believe in contracts, my view is, if I'm a good coach people will stay. Which is why I've had clients that have been with me for years.
No, the opposite! I was actually very inactive and overweight as a teenager, and came from an overweight family (even Buttons the dog was obese). When I was 14, I did manage to go from 87kg to 60kg by starting boxing and stealing my mums Slimming World book.
But it didn't last and at 18, I stopped boxing, started working in sedentary, office jobs (which I did til I was 31) and going to pubs. In no time, I was 100kg and even smoking! This continued until my mid 20's when I got my act together, started going gym and doing MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), and managed to get in the best shape of my life.
I realised that you can control how your body looks and feels, and really enjoyed helping others to take control of their bodies, so I eventually trained as a PT (Personal Trainer) in 2013. In 2015, at 31 years old, I left my office job and went full-time into my fitness career, and for the most part have managed to stay in pretty good shape since.
In 2013 when I was 29, I trained as a PT, and in 2015 I quit my office job and started working full-time in a Nuffield Health gym, where I delivered 30-35 sessions a week. I continued to study and do CPD, and in 2017 I started a full-time BSc Rehabilitation in Sport & Exercise degree, alongside still working as a PT.
After my first year, I interrupted my studies for a promotion to Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, where I ran the gym and led a team of 12 PT's. After a very successful first year, I reduced my hours and returned back to my degree which I graduated from with 1st class honours in 2021.
Shortly after I was promoted again to Clinical Fitness National Lead, which I did alongside working as Rehabilitation Specialist. It was a great opportunity, but was (mostly) a desk-based, senior leadership role, far removed from what I got into the industry to do. After 3 years, I had the opportunity of redundancy, which I took!
Now, I'm here, back where I belong, working with people 1:1!
