I've been in the fitness industry for well over a decade, in roles ranging from Personal Trainer to Fitness Manager, and most recently National Lead for Nuffield Health. Prior to this, I spent years in stressful, corporate office environments, struggling with weight, energy, and not knowing what to do.
Alongside working and being a Dad, I acquired a 1st Class Degree in Exercise Rehabilitation and qualified as a Nutritionist. This, with good time management, and learning from mistakes, allows me to stay active, and in shape so I can keep up with my very hyperactive child!
When not working or being Dad, you'll find me on a Jiu Jitsu mat, either teaching or learning BJJ. I'm a Brown Belt and had a few MMA fights many moons ago. These days it's all just for fun and the social!
